There is a law provided in the constitution which gives assurance to the citizens of the country for protection of there health and safety. Keeping the requirement of the constitutional law, various acts such as health and safety act, occupational health and safety act, health and safety law has been framed. In a workplace health and safety measures are also necessary to be taken for which also law is enacted. The health and safety act, occupational health and safety act and health and safety law has acted as a great boon for those individuals who are exposed to more risks due to there involvement in the work which is hazardous in nature and is very risky. The health and safety act, occupational health and safety act, health and safety law provides deterrent punishments for those organizations who wilfully disobeys the provisions contained in the Act and also prescribes the fine which is required to be given. The same situation remains with workplace health and safety.
